Bajaj Processpack was founded in 1988 by a group of technocrats and engineers, who were pioneers of this industry with decades of experience in food processing and packaging industry. Over the years our company adopted and integrated latest technologies available worldwide and collaborated with key international players.

 

As a Manager- HR & Admin, handling HR and administration team, my sole responsibilities are to provide a suitable and smooth environment to work and maintain and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices at corporate office and all plants. Whereas it’s including monitoring day to day activities, weekly reports, monthly MIS and other reports which are required by individually departments and set up handling all functions of recruitment to retirement. Also Responsible for all statutory & legal compliances under the labor laws, factory act and other respective acts, along-with major inputs and solutions in general affairs function, grievance redresses, Complete recruitment lifecycle, Arranging and Managing Contractual labor.

 

  • Talent Management: Talent assessment; Understanding the manpower requirement with departmental heads periodically. Identify high potential talent of the company; their motivation, development and retention. Formulation and implementation of staff motivation and Retention programme. Recruitment : Scouting up and coming talent and have finger on the pulse of what is trending across verticals, Develop recruitment strategy. This includes job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, talent planning, etc…

Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles within the organization, Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers. Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and campus hiring. Good terms with third party recruitment agencies and staffing firms etc.

·         Training & Development: Identify Training needs, Formulate training programme, Conduct on the job and off the job training through internal and outside experts, prepare training calendar.
